Mer Apaga was formed in 2020 and operated as an unincorporated nonprofit association(UNA). In September of 2022 we began the process of incorporating and obtaining 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. On 03/08/2023 we where determined tax exemped by the IRS and are registered as a charity in Massachusets.
